Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Express Delivery (selected cities): 1–2 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000.

  • For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies.

  • Express delivery charges may vary depending on the city.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier issues.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, our customer support team will assist you promptly.


Non-Delivery Situations

Orders may not be delivered if:

  • The shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect.

  • The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

  • Payment is not successfully processed.
