Exchange Policy
- Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or original payment method (depending on your preference).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Process
- Contact our support team at support@sportivation.com with your order details.
- Pack the item securely and send it back to our warehouse.
- Once inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.
